An alternative approach to engineering education for your school
What: A summer 2007 teacher-training and school-partnering initiative to implement engineering related curricula and activities into middle school and high school technology education programs.
Program Description: This is an invitation for your district to participate in one or more of the twelve separate courses that address four distinct engineering themes. The objective of all of these courses is to enable a low to moderate cost alternative for implementing engineering education content into your technology program.
Individual course descriptions.
Cost: All training and provided materials (books) are free. Meals during the daily training schedule will be provided at no cost. Participants have an option of receiving four graduate credit hours from Buffalo State College or a stipend of about $1,000 per course (Stipend Form & W-9).
