In an effort to help students avoid charges of academic misconduct, the E. H. Butler Library staff has pulled together a variety of online resources discussing plagiarism (submission of the work of another individual without proper acknowledgement).
In addition to plagiarism, students should also be aware of - and avoid - the other elements of academic misconduct:
- prior acquisition or possession of an examination and submission of false data, and
- performance of work in a course for another individual while registered in the same course.
