Orientation

Orientation is an opportunity for you to become familiar with the campus, meet other new students, and get acquainted with the many services and programs you'll use to succeed at Buffalo State.

All incoming matriculated students are required to participate in one of Buffalo State's orientation sessions; attendance is mandatory.

On the academic side, you'll connect with an adviser and register for classes and/or confirm your class schedule. On the social side, you'll spend quality time with many other incoming students, upperclassmen, and faculty and staff members. When classes start, you'll have a support group. Also, since you'll have already spent some time on campus, there is no need to worry about getting lost on your way to class those first few days.

Accepted Students

Obstacles cannot crush me. Every obstacle yields to stern resolve. He who is fixed to a star does not change his mind.
