Student Ambassador Program
Dear Prospective Student,
When conducting your college search, who or what would be your best source of information about an individual campus you are considering?
The students who attend the college you are considering, of course!
We, the Buffalo State College Student Ambassadors, are a diverse group of current Buffalo State students dedicated to helping prospective students, their families, and others through the college search process. We attend classes at Buffalo State, we eat in the dining hall, we live in the residence halls, and we each have our own Buffalo State story to share with you.
Working in conjunction with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, we assist our campus visitors in several ways.
To help you learn more about Buffalo State we:

- attend off-campus recruitment events.
- respond to prospective student emails, AskaStudent@mail.buffalostate.edu.
- manage our 'Buffalo State Students' Facebook page.
- respond to 'Ask a Current Student' posts on the Buffalo State campus message board.

A " * " next to a student's name indicates that this student is a transfer student from another 2-year or 4- year college to Buffalo State.
Student Ambassador applicants must have at least a 2.5 minimum collegiate GPA and have attended Buffalo State for a minimum of one full semester.
The application process for the 2013-2014 academic year has ended. Please check back in March 2014 for information about how to apply for the 2014-2015 academic year.
