Transfer Students

Applicants must also obtain and complete all required International Student supplemental forms. Forward completed FSA-2 (Autobiographical Essay Form), FSA-3 (English Proficiency Report), and FSA-4 (Foreign Student Financial Statement) to: Office of Admissions, Buffalo State College, Moot Hall 110, 1300 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14222
