Early Admission

Early admission enables you to start college while you're still in high school. Highly qualified high school juniors may apply to Buffalo State for full- or part-time study during their senior year under the early admission program. You must arrange with your high school to have remaining high school requirements fulfilled by taking appropriate freshman courses, so you can earn your high school diploma and college credit at the same time.

Buffalo State offers several early admissions enrollment options:

  • Part-time while attending high school
  • Full-time during the last semester of senior year
  • Full-time during senior year instead of completing the senior year of high school

Please note: Early admission students are not eligible for federal financial aid while attending high school.
