Student Life
Whether it's art or athletics, theater or technology, you're likely to find other Buffalo State students who share your passions. With a wealth of student clubs and organizations, a vibrant social life, and a wide range of campus events and activities, you'll never be bored at Buffalo State.
- Twice each week, the campus takes a collective break during Bengal Pause, giving students time to lunch with a professor, check out an art exhibit, or attend a club meeting.
- Across campus you'll find services such as the E. H. Butler Library, which holds more than 500,000 books, 12,000 journals, and provides many of its resources via the Web. Also on campus: many technology-enhanced classrooms and 40 computer labs.
- Fancy a night at the theater? Browsing art galleries? Buffalo State's thriving arts community has it all, from the nationally-known Burchfield-Penney Art Center to the state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center and Warren Enters Theatre and the student-run theater group Casting Hall Productions.
- Form an intramural team, catch a basketball game, or strap on your ice skates--from organized sports to wellness workshops, Buffalo State Sports Complex offers a myriad ways to keep your body and mind in shape.
