Living Off Campus

All first- and second-year students (i.e., those with less than 57 credits) are required to live on campus unless the student

  • Is 21 years old
  • Lives with a parent within 35 miles of campus
  • Is married
  • Is a parent
  • Is a transfer student
  • Is a veteran

A student must reside on campus for four consecutive semesters or until he or she has earned 57 credits.

Affordable off-campus housing is available within walking distance of campus.
