Project Flight at Buffalo State College, a not-for-profit agency devoted to family and children’s literacy services, received a prestigious 2006 Buffalo Bills Youth Foundation grant. The Buffalo Bills/Project Flight Readers are Players Program will allow Project Flight to establish BookNook programs which will include on-site libraries and a family literacy resource center as well as tutors for children, parents, and teachers at two at-risk schools.  [more…]
