Candace Keegan Masters' teaching experience includes 7 years in higher education including studio art and art education courses and ten years in public schools, including Title I, general education and art teaching in Baltimore, MD and Loudoun County, VA. Her artwork has been exhibited in Washington, DC, Kansas, Virginia, Texas, New York City, Baltimore, MD, and Buffalo, NY. Professor Master's interests include service-learning, community-based art programs, and contemporary practices in art education. She is currently a teaching artist for Buffalo Public Schools as part of the Buffalo Urban Arts Teaching Academy and has presented at state and national conferences. She is a board member of the Buffalo Society of Artists.
