The art education computer laboratory is equipped with software for both commercial and educational use. The campus, which houses the Czurles-Nelson Gallery and the Burchfield Penney Art Center, is located across the street from the world-class Albright-Knox Art Gallery.
Buffalo State is also home of the Burchfield-Penney Art Center and works closely with the center on many programs and exhibits involving art education majors and area schools. The Art Education Department received grants to support a formal, collaborative program with the Buffalo Public Schools.
