Meet the Faculty and Staff

Biology Department faculty are teacher-scholars who are accomplished educators and experts in their fields of research.  Faculty members hold advanced degrees from prestigious national and international institutions and several have received college and SUNY awards in recognition of excellence in research and teaching.

Faculty research interests include molecular genetics, cellular electrophysiology, developmental biology, environmental  microbiology, vertebrate ecology, functional morphology, physiological ecology of plants and animals, Great Lakes fish ecology, aquatic biology and conservation genetics.
