After Graduation
Graduates from the business program are prepared for careers in businesses such as banking, retail, and manufacturing; nonprofit and public organizations; and government agencies. Students also may pursue graduate studies in business, including a master of business administration (M.B.A.).
Graduates have been hired as district managers, product specialists, customer service trainers, assistant managers, equipment lease specialists, claims processors, stockbrokers, and financial analysts. Typical hiring firms include banks, insurance companies, investment firms, government agencies, and retail and manufacturing firms. Graduates from the business and marketing education program are prepared to teach business and marketing courses in middle school and high school.

Recent graduates have been hired by organizations such as Citibank, the city of Buffalo, Buffalo Niagara Enterprise, ClientLogic, Ingram Micro, UPS, HSBC, Praxair, Rich Products, Scottsdale Securities, and many school districts.
