Mr. Skutnik is a Senior Program Coordinator at the Center for Health and Social Research.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in Political Science and History from Canisius College. He
also received the degree of Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.
Mr. Skutnik serves as the Academic Liaison to the New York State Victim Assistance Academy which
is sponsored jointly by Buffalo State College and the New York State Coalition Against Sexual Assault.
His responsibilities include serving as a member of the Academy's Advisory Committee, its Curriculum and
Planning Committee, and as editor of the Academy's Resource Manual. In addition, Mr. Skutnik also
has duties on a variety of the Center's other projects. Those duties include interviewing, scheduling
appointments, and tracking respondents.
