Ruth Xiaoqing Guo joins the Buffalo State faculty as an assistant professor in the Educational Technology graduate program. She holds a Ph.D. degree and a Master’s degree from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
Dr. Guo has worked as a visiting professor at the University of Ottawa. Her research interests include K-12 teacher development; the use of e-portfolios, particularly video data; constructivist approaches to teaching and learning; multiliteracies; and digital divide issues.
