Professor Scott holds a Ph.D. in Management Systems from the University at Buffalo, a master's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Miami, and a bachelor of science degree in Industrial Engineering from Cornell. He has over 20 years of teaching experience and over 10 years of professional experience in computing applications. His current interests are in logistical systems, computer-mediated instruction, and expert systems.
