The college seal is
reserved for official documents and presidential communications. Examples include diplomas, awards, and commencement programs. An exception to this rule is marketing material aimed at international audiences, the purpose of which may require the use of the official college seal. Use of the seal requires approval from the
Office of the President.

The official seal may not be altered in any way and should always be used in their original proportions and configurations. Overall enlargements or reductions are permissible, but alterations—narrowing, heightening, widening, lengthening—are prohibited. No ornamentation or words may be added or deleted.
