COLLEGE RELATIONS OFFICE

WEB

We ask that you take a short training course before you start working with the college's official templates. Template training is hosted by Paul Reynolds, manager of training and consulting, Computing and Technology Services, and held in CyberQuad 318. Advance registration and permission from department chair or office manager is required. If you have questions about training, please contact Paul Reynolds.

Gathering Site Content
After you sign up for training, it would be helpful to start thinking about your site content. Up-to-date content is the key to keeping visitors coming back. Look for content that's already available to you—brochures, flyers, newsletters, course information, event listings, etc. You can turn these things into useful web content with the right navigational strategy. And we can help. If you would like content or navigation development support, please contact Mark Norris, associate director of web administration.

Remember, there's lots of content already available on the main site. Need to list directions to campus on your site? Link to the directions posted on the main site! Want to feature a news release on your site? Link to the official release! New content is added to the main site almost every day.
