Program Routing sheets
- Now in writable format: just type in information , print ,and send through intercampus mail ,or deliver.
- You cannot save the typed form; and it cannot be sent electronically.
The Routing sheets for the Program Proposals and the Topics Course checklist; are now writable. You may fill out the form online, then print it up on BLUE paper for TOPIC COURSE submissions; and YELLOW for PROGRAM submissions. Signatures are still required, however please type in the name, and then have the Dean, or Department Chair, sign next to their name. Tab through in order of the appropriate information line and type in your information. An X or check mark will appear for choosing a designation (IF) or marking for approval, or disapproval; by Chairs, or Department heads, in those spaces only. Electronic signatures are not allowed and not available for these forms.

This is now available through the SharePoint (ECS )Electronic Course Submission site. This is the only routing form allowed to be used for all COURSE submissions, click link below to go to SharePoint; https://sharepoint.buffalostate.edu/CANDI/Pages/default.aspx
