Academic Regalia 2013
Rentals: The deadline to order regalia with guaranteed hood colors and standard charges is April 19, 2013. Contact Marybeth Keller in the bookstore at kellerm@buffalostate.edu to place rental orders.
Each unit includes cap, gown, hood, and tassel. Tax included.
Bachelor's unit: $67.37
Master's unit: $73.90
Doctoral unit: $82.60
Purchases: Faculty and staff regalia purchases can be placed through the bookstore at any time during the year. Purchase prices vary. Call Marybeth Keller at 878-5509, and please plan on 10 weeks for delivery.

Commencement Day
On Commencement day, marchers should report to the robing room in the Ice Arena upper lobby* (second floor of the building) at the following times:
- 10:00 a.m. Bachelor's Ceremony
Report no later than 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Bachelor's Ceremony
Report no later than 1:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Master's/C.A.S. Ceremony
Report no later than 5:30 p.m.
*Note Robing Room location for 2013.
The Robing Room location is the Ice Arena upper lobby, second floor of the building and the same area as the 2012 Commencement. See map of sports complex noting faculty/staff robing room entrance. For barrier-free access: Enter building through the "Graduates Entrance." Take elevator to second floor.
Instructions for all ceremonies
Enter the Ice Arena entrance lobby via the east end of the building and report to the second floor.
PLEASE SIGN IN FOR EACH CEREMONY IN WHICH YOU MARCH.
Proceed to your place in the lineup, indicated by a chair with your name on it. Put on your academic garb. The faculty marshal will provide marching instructions, and the processional will leave the robing room 10 minutes before the ceremony is to begin. A program will be on your chair in the Sports Arena where the ceremony takes place.
When you return from either the 10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. ceremony, the new lineup for the next ceremony will be in place in Ice Arena upper lobby. Therefore, if you are marching again, you may have a new place in the lineup. Please sign in again at the registration table so staff know you are accounted for.
Light hospitality will be available throughout the day for your convenience.
