EVENT: COMMENCEMENT KICKOFF
DATE: Wednesday, April 10
LOCATION: Barnes & Noble at Buffalo State Bookstore
TIME: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
WHAT: One-day, one-stop source for all your graduation needs. You can you register for commencement, obtain guest tickets (up to five for bachelor's ceremonies; up to 10 for the master's/C.A.S. ceremony), purchase your cap and gown, AND, obtain job search and career information from the Career Development Center, purchase your college ring, obtain Alumni Association services and information about alumni membership benefits, meet with The Graduate School, order your commencement video, and more.

EVENT: CEREMONY REGISTRATION & TICKET DISTRIBUTION CONTINUES
DATES: Thursday, April 11 through Friday, May 10
LOCATION: Barnes & Noble at Buffalo State Bookstore
TIMES: During regular store hours. Mon.-Thu., 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m.; Fri., 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; Sat., 12-4 p.m.
WHAT: Obtain guest tickets (up to five for bachelor's ceremonies; up to 10 for the master's/C.A.S. ceremony), and purchase caps, gowns, and graduation accessories.

EVENT: PURCHASE GOWNS & CAPS
DATES: Saturday, May 11 through Saturday, May 18
LOCATION: Barnes & Noble at Buffalo State Bookstore
TIMES: During regular store hours, Mon.-Thu., 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m.; Fri., 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; Sat., 12-4 p.m.
WHAT: Purchase caps, gowns, and graduation accessories. Register to participate in Commencement ceremony. Bachelor's graduates will register to walk in the ceremony that is available, either 10 a.m. or 2 p.m. The bookstore will advise which is available. Master's graduates will register to walk in the 6 p.m. ceremony. Guest ticket distribution is concluded. Guest tickets will not be available.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
- Be sure you have submitted your degree application to the appropriate office (Registrar or Graduate School) by the deadlines. If you haven't done it yet, do it TODAY!
- Print either the bachelor's ceremony registration card or the master's/C.A.S. ceremony registration card.
- Fill in the required information.
- Find your Commencement information postcard (mailed to permanent addresses of December 2012 and January 2013 graduates and May 2013 and August 2013 on-time degree applicants during spring break).
- Bring your completed registration card, photo ID (driver's license or Buffalo State ID), and Commencement informational postcard to the bookstore beginning April 10 and concluding May 10.
You can expect to be on the eligibility list in the bookstore beginning April 10 if you are a December or January graduate with no holds, or you have applied for your degree by the appropriate bachelor's deadlines or master's/C.A.S. deadlines for the semester in which you intend graduate. If you forget or lose your postcard, you may still register if you are on the eligibility list and have photo ID.
