Bengal Alcohol Substance abuse Intervention Center (BASIC)
TIPS for the University: Recommended for all students who want to learn about alcohol problems on campus. TIPS is a skill based program designed to provide information about the effect of alcohol as well as teaching intervention skills to prevent high risk drinking. These workshops are going to be presented the following dates: February 6, & 13, March 13, April 10, and May 1st.

Times: 3:00 to 6:00 PM
“Let’s Talk About Alcohol: Two (2) sessions. Open to all students. These workshops are going to be presented the following Thursdays: February 12, & 19, march 12, & 19, April 9, & 16, & 30, and May 7.

Marijuana Intervention Workshop:Open to all students. Workshops will be presented on the following Tuesdays: February 10, March 10, April 14, and May 8.

Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention for College Students (BASICS). 2 session individual intervention for students at risk. Call the Counseling Center for an appointment.
