Guidelines for Applying to the Creative Studies Certificate Program

Deadline dates for application materials:

Domestic (U.S.) Applicants: February 1
 
International Applicants: February 1

Please contact Cynthia Burnett, distance certificate program coordinator, at (716) 878-6224 regarding your intention to apply.

Gather all your application materials into one packet and send all materials at one time to the Graduate School office.

Required materials to be submitted:

  • Official college transcript for undergraduate degree
  • Graduate admissions application packet and application fee payment (your major code to fill out on form is: 6701)
  • Letter of Intent that describes your interest in the program and verifies professional experience (serves also as a sample of your writing skills)
  • Two (2) reference forms (PDF, 78KB)

Once you have been accepted into the program, you will be issued a visa. Visa questions can be directed to Dr. Jean F. Gounard, director, International Student Affairs Office.
