As a successful, high level executive with 20 years experience, Pam Flaten was looking for a way to grow professionally. As a Target Corporation businesswoman, Pam felt like she was missing something. Her criterion was to develop professionally and personally. After extensive research, Pam discovered the International Center for Studies in Creativity and was really interested in the Graduate Certificate in Creativity and Change Leadership. It was just the right energy boost that she needed!
In her coursework, Pam has learned how to approach difficult situations by increasing communication lines between colleagues. She has helped to develop a more team oriented workplace where everyone's opinion is heard and recognized. Pam has used the skills she has learned at the International Center for Studies in Creativity to lead and facilitate. After earning her certificate in Creativity and Change Leadership, it was clear to Pam that she wanted to gain more creativity knowledge and is currently working toward a Masters degree in Creative Studies.
Pam believes that the program has changed her life. She has learned how to look at things differently and approach obstacles with an open mind. In a world where technology is booming, Pam has created a playful and nurturing environment to increase technological productivity to lead her corporation to the top.
