Joseph Tay had earned his Master in Business Administration and was working for a prominent corporation. He began to feel frustrated with the lack of progress being made by his team and company. Joe decided that it was time to try something different. Joe's interest in creative thinking as well as many long hours completing web searches on this topic, led him to the International Center for Studies in Creativity.
Joe has applied his learning from his Graduate Certificate in Creativity and Change Leadership coursework to start up his own training and consulting business, The Creative Edge. Joe has integrated his creative knowledge into all aspects of the business process- marketing, service, sales, and strategic planning. Many of the companies that Joe works with are very impressed and interested in his diverse thinking and outlook.
