Computing Help Desk

The Computing Help Desk is the first point of contact for technical assistance on campus. We have a kind and courteous staff on hand to support the computing needs of faculty, staff and students. If the Help Desk isn't able to resolve your problem or request at first contact, a Change Order will be submitted to have the problem/request directed to the appropriate group.

Fall/Spring Full-Service Hours

  • Monday - Thursday 8:30am-8:00pm
  • Friday 8:30am-7:00pm
  • Saturday/Sunday Closed

*Additional walk-in service is available 8:00pm-11:00pm Mon-Thurs, 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday, and 11:00am-11:00pm Sunday.

Summer/Intersession Full-Service Hours

  • Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Saturday/Sunday Closed

*Additional walk-in service is available 4:30pm-8:00pm Mon-Thurs and 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday.
