Computing and Technology Services main goal is Customer Service. The Computing Help Desk is the first line of support for all users. Located in E.H. Butler Library's Information Commons Lab (157), we have a kind and courteous staff on hand to help you with your login and account-related problems. If you are having problems with your accounts, visit us in the library or call us at (716) 878-4357.
Note: The Computing Help Desk does not install software or provide repair service on computers or equipment unless it is owned by Buffalo State College.
