Latonia Marsh, J.D. is the Director of the Office of Judicial Affairs and has been at Buffalo State since 2005.  As the Director of Judical Affairs Dr. Marsh is the College's chief conduct officer responsible for resolving infractions of the Buffalo State College Code of Student Rights, Freedoms and Responsibilites.  Dr. Marsh was previously a prosecutor for the Erie County District Attorney's Office for seven years.  Dr. Marsh is also an adjunct instructor in the Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration (HESAA) graduate program here at the college teaching a course on the Law and Higher Education on occasion. 

In addition to her other duties at the college, Dr. Marsh continues to research new and trending areas of student conduct in the educational environment through her work with the Buffalo State Center for Development of Human Services (CDHS), most recently focusing on the recognition and prevention of bullying.  Dr. Marsh received her law degree from CUNY School of Law at Queens College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University at Buffalo.
