Liz McGough, PhD is the Coordinator/Case Manager for the office of Violence Intervention & Victim Advocacy (VIVA). In this role she provides leadership for the college’s efforts to prevent and respond to power-based interpersonal violence --- sexual violence, relationship violence, and stalking. Dr. McGough is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University at Buffalo, a MA in Clinical and Humanistic Psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology, and a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy. She worked at Buffalo State’s Counseling Center from 2005 – 2009 and has been the VIVA Coordinator since 2009.
