Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you must cancel for any reason, you must notify Continuing Professional Studies by April 15th, 2007. There is a $20 processing/withdrawal fee. Refund eligibility is void after April 15th. Full refunds for registration are given only when the conference has been canceled. You may transfer your registration to another person by April 15th by providing the substitute’s registration information to Continuing Professional Studies. If there are any problems/questions, please call the Continuing Professional Studies at (716) 878-5907.
