  1. Use computers in the instructional process;
  2. Develop evaluation criteria and evaluate educational software;
  3. Prepare software using a variety of techniques;
  4. Write general purpose programs using one or more program languages;
  5. Design a microcomputer system for an educational site;
  6. Utilize computers in a non-instructional and/or setting;
  7. Access current and future technological trends in education; and
  8. Explore moral, legal, and humanitarian issues involved in educational computing.
