Administrative Support
How do I generate administrative support for NSE?
Each campus has its own unique needs. NSE recommends that you look first at how your campus program fits into your stated campus mission. Next, you may want to determine what needs NSE is filling for the campus as well as for your students. It is also helpful to determine the income and expense benefit. The clincher is to have your administrators interact regularly with your incoming and returning students. (see NSE Handbook Sections 2.0, 11.2, and 11.3)

Administrative Detail
Are there models for working with all of the administrative offices required to make NSE a successful campus program?
NSE can suggest those campuses that have built and documented successful on-campus relationships.

Implementing Exchange Procedures
What is the best way to ensure that NSE runs smoothly through key campus implementation offices?
In order to facilitate the student exchange process, it is necessary to establish an effective working relationship with implementation offices including admissions, financial affairs (e.g., controller, comptroller, bursar, student accounts), financial aid and scholarships, registration, records, and residence life. Essential to maintaining effective working relationships with these offices is the development of an internal campus NSE procedures manual and the scheduling of annual meetings to review exchange procedures. (see NSE Handbook Sections 11.1.1.5.1 and 11.1.3)
