This Intellectual Foundations (IF), commonly referred to as the blue handbook, should be used by students who matriculated as of Fall 2006 at any college or have matriculated more recently. It contains Intellectual Foundations requirements and other comprehensive information to guide you through your studies at Buffalo State.
