Students! We now have a new way of helping you in the event planning process. We are going paperless, and you can now fill out all event requests online. This form has been developed to assist you in planning your event and provides Events Management with important information needed to process your event request. The instructions listed below will guide you through the application process.
- Fill out our online form to the best of your ability.
- Once completed, you will receive an automated email informing you that your request has been received and will be processed soon.
- Upon receipt of the online form, someone from our office will contact you within three business days with a booking or for further information.
- Academic classes and Orange Events (the College's major institutional events) will have scheduling priority.
