CAMPUS AND CAMPUS VENUES INFORMATION

General Classroom Guidelines

  • Storage of food, decorations, meeting supplies, etc. cannot be provided.
 
  • Smoking is NOT permitted.
 
  • Clean up is the responsibility of the sponsoring organization.  Please leave tabletops clean.
 
  • All refreshment leftovers and catering materials must be removed as soon as your event is completed.  The room must be ready for the next group to enter.
 
  • The (Student) Events Management Office does not have staff to assist in rearranging the furniture.  If you move any furniture, please return it to its original position before you leave.
