Smart Classroom Guidelines

  • Any problems encountered with the Smart Equipment are to be directed to Classroom Support (x6670)
 
  • Storage of decorations, meeting supplies, etc. cannot be provided.
 
  • Smoking, eating or drinking are NOT permitted.
 
  • Clean up is the responsibility of the sponsoring organization.  Please leave desk tops clean.
 
  • All materials must be removed as soon as your event is completed.  The room must be ready for the next group to enter.
 
  • Please close the windows and turn off the lights when you leave.
 
  • The (Student) Events Management Office does not have staff to assist in rearranging the furniture.  If you move any furniture, please return it to its original position before you leave. 
 
  • Under NO circumstances is furniture to be added or removed from this room!
