Smart Classroom Guidelines
- Any problems encountered with the Smart Equipment are to be directed to Classroom Support (x6670)
- Storage of decorations, meeting supplies, etc. cannot be provided.
- Smoking, eating or drinking are NOT permitted.
- Clean up is the responsibility of the sponsoring organization. Please leave desk tops clean.
- All materials must be removed as soon as your event is completed. The room must be ready for the next group to enter.
- Please close the windows and turn off the lights when you leave.
- The (Student) Events Management Office does not have staff to assist in rearranging the furniture. If you move any furniture, please return it to its original position before you leave.
- Under NO circumstances is furniture to be added or removed from this room!
