Ms. Kathleen Kilcullen-Palumbo taught students with disabilities for 18 years in Buffalo and New York City. Having received a fellowship for pursuing her master’s degree at Buffalo State College, she returned to Buffalo State in1994, first in the Academic Skills Center and most recently in the Exceptional Education Department. Her areas of interest include working with students with moderate or severe disabilities, work study programs for students with disabilities and issues relating to transition.
