Mike provides assistance in implementing the College’s multi-year capital plan for academic and administrative buildings, grounds and site infrastructure. The scale and scope of Mike’s work ranges from the small interior renovations, maintenance and repair work, to the large construction projects requiring the complete architectural and mechanical renovation of existing facilities or the construction of new campus facilities.
Mike is responsible for the management of the project from inception to completion, including; the contracting and oversight of the professional architectural, engineering and construction services, programming, design, cost estimating, code review, construction drawings, project management and close-out. Mike’s focus is on maintaining the project budget and schedule while meeting the individual customer’s needs and minimizing the disruption of the College’s operations.
