This project has replaced outdated utilities on the eastern portion of the Buffalo State campus. New underground storm, water, gas and electrical utilities have been constructed in the area surrounding the five original campus buildings -- Rockwell, Bacon and Ketchum halls; the Donald Savage Building; and Campus House. To complete the project, all affected grounds and landscaping, will be restored.
