This project will replace outdated utilities on the eastern portion of the Buffalo State campus. New underground storm, water, gas and electrical utilities will be constructed in the area surrounding the five original campus buildings -- Rockwell, Bacon and Ketchum halls; the Donald Savage Building; and Campus House. All affected grounds, landscaping, sidewalks and parking lots will be restored upon completion.
