Dependent students are asked to supply:
- A signed copy of their federal tax return (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, 1040x)
- Signed copies of their parents' federal tax return (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, 1040x)
- Copies of all of the parents' W-2 forms
- A completed verification worksheet
Independent students are asked to supply:
- A signed copy of their federal tax return (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, 1040x)
- A signed copy of their spouses's federal tax return (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, 1040x)
- Copies of all of their and their spouses's W-2 forms
- A completed verification worksheet
Copies of state tax returns are not required.
