Students who are ineligible for federal aid due to satisfactory academic progress problems should submit a waiver or the high hour questionnaire letter before the semester ends for which they are trying to receive aid. After the semester is completed they will only be able to receive Stafford loan funds retroactively, and then only if the loan period has not been completed.
