Each time that a revision is made to a student's award, whether initiated by the student or the school, a new award letter should be sent, indicating the changes.
The school will revise the award letter if the actual TAP award is different from the estimated award or if the school receives other information that changes a student's eligibility including receipt of a scholarship or other form of aid that was not previously disclosed.
