About us
The Corporate and Foundation Relations Office coordinates major fundraising activities on behalf of the Buffalo State College Foundation and works with the private sector to generate financial support for college projects that directly support our students. Our mission is to enhance the college's ability to offer honors scholarships along with high-quality programs in the arts, sciences, and educational fields for the campus community.
Fundable Projects
The Corporate and Foundation Relations Offices works closely with college faculty and staff to identify private funding opportunities on behalf of college projects. While we do not develop the projects themselves, we do work with faculty and staff to package and tailor project proposals to fit the needs of potential regional and national private funders. Our connections with the corporate community enable us to increase private sector participation in the life of the college. Buffalo State College Scholarship Fund
Two popular fundraising events highlight the year, the Scholarship Gala and the Golf and Tennis Scholarship Classic. These events help to support the mission of the Buffalo State College Scholarship Fund—to recruit bright, young scholars with the All College Honors Program scholarship awards.
Corporate Support
Although the state makes a campus with modern facilities and a substantial base of operating support available to Buffalo State students, superlative academic performance demands a degree of excellence that only private support can provide.
