The Corporate and Foundation Relations Office assists college faculty and staff with the identification of private funding opportunities for college projects. While we do not develop the projects themselves, we do work with faculty and staff to package and tailor project proposals to fit the needs of potential regional and national private funders.
Here's how our grant proposal services work:
- Project Review: We begin by reviewing current and potential projects with our clients. We discuss such issues as project time frames, budgets, and project outcomes and evaluation.
- Prospect Identification: Our in-house capabilities provide us with the resources necessary to match projects with funders.
- Project Submission: When a solid match exists, the proposal will be tailored to meet funder specifications and submitted according to tight deadlines. In certain instances, meetings will be arranged with particular funders to discuss the project.
- The Award: Our office works with our clients to ensure that all payments are properly received and recognized. Funder recognition is an important part of what we do.
- Funding Follow-Up: We help manage the reporting that is often necessary after a grant has been awarded. This includes assistance with the submission of quarterly and annual reports.
If you have a project in mind, but do not know how to get it funded, please contact us.
