Student Directory Withholding Form
An online student directory is published annually on the college Web site in the interest of building community and fostering communication between and among students. The directory is not accessible beyond Buffalo State. Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 [PL 93-380], Buffalo State has designated several categories as public or directory information and such information may be disclosed by the institution for any purpose at its discretion.
You may request that the college withhold your information by submitting a Student Directory Withholding Form by the appropriate deadline. Students must make withholding requests each year by September 15. Failure on your part to request withholding of information from the directory by the deadline date indicates your approval for release of the information.
