Great Lakes Center facilities are able to support high-level research in a variety of disciplines. They include state-of-the-art laboratories at its Field Station on Lake Erie, and on the campus of Buffalo State College, a fleet of research vessels capable of operating in the open lakes and their contributing waters, a demonstration watershed for research and teaching, and a variety of sampling and analytical equipment to support the research.
