Honors classes are offered during the fall and spring semesters. Students are not required to take courses sequentially, but they are strongly encouraged to take at least two honors classes per semester. The scholarship may be suspended when not taking honors classes.
Freshmen must take HON 100 - Honors Foundations of Inquiry during their first semester as an honors student. HON 100 is the equivalent of BSC 101 for Honors students, a required class of all incoming freshmen. All courses are offered every semester except for HON 100 (offered fall only) and HON 400 (offered spring only), which are required electives. Students should take HON 400 their fourth semester or they will have to wait for the sixth semester.
The remaining honors seminars are Intellectual Foundations classes. General fall and spring schedules are included in this section. Students should check the college's official course listings for specific details.
