Prerequisite: Acceptance into All College Honors Program. Introductory course. An introduction to the Intellectual Foundations program for honors students, focused on critical thinking and research skills applied to interdisciplinary topics. Identification, analysis and evaluation of arguments' elements forms, form, strength and validity. Emphasis on critical reading, argument construction, intellectual curiosity, fair-mindedness and exploration of beliefs and values.
