Vincent Dragone concentrates on the management of technology and communication within hospitality and health-care organizations to enhance quality and productivity. A certified executive chef and culinary educator through the American Culinary Federation, Dragone has more than 30 years' professional management and culinary experience with T.G.I. Friday's and specialty restaurants, and as the owner and operator of two restaurants. He currently serves as the director of food production and service at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Buffalo.
