Chenchen Huang focuses on teaching comprehensive tourism management and hotel management courses. Some of his courses include Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism, Cultural Tourism, Cost Control in Hospitality, Tourism Management, and Hotel Management. Chenchen’s research interests include sustainable tourism development, tourism destination marketing, vacation ownership, and hotel customer satisfaction management.
